Staff Accountant

Natural Plant Products LLC is a growing seed oil manufacturing company committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis as needed
• Conduct financial analysis, special projects, other duties as required by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of accounting experience, staff accountant level preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position with flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
• Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Hybrid position, with occasional onsite work at our Salem, OR location
