We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This role combines ecommerce strategy and execution with creative social media marketing to elevate our brand presence, grow online sales, and strengthen our digital community. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and bring a balance of analytical thinking and content-driven creativity to help tell our product story while optimizing performance across digital platforms.
This position reports to the CEO. Role requires 3 days in office per week. Position is bonus eligible.
Essential Duties:
Ecommerce Operations
- Manage daily operations of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Faire, TikTok Shop etc.) Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Identify and evaluate new marketing and sales channels and opportunities to increase website traffic and sales
- Implement and track ecommerce sales funnels and customer journey flows. Analyze and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, and cart abandonment
- Create and implement sales growth strategies such as promotions and online marketing campaigns. Generate reporting for upper management on an ongoing basis to evaluate these strategies
- Ensure that all physical inventory is organized and stored correctly. Ensure all sold products are pulled, packaged and shipped in a timely manner
Social Media Marketing
- Create and implement strategies that transform our social media channels into highly profitable platforms, expanding brand awareness among B2B and direct consumers
- Create engaging, brand-aligned visual and written content; monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Plan and run social ad campaigns across global platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, WeChat, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions
- Utilize 3rd party content creators (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Lead marketing intern on project work
Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy including email, SEO, and paid media
- Stay current on ecommerce and social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with product development and customer service functions to align messaging and user experience
最低資格:
- 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce management and/or digital marketing of CPG or FMCG
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify strongly preferred) and social media tools (Hoot Suite, Canva, Adobe, AI, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage social ad campaigns
- Strong content development and writing skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Salesforce or similar
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
