Mix Phase A ingredients with propeller stirring while heating to 75°C. Premix Phase A1 to form slurry and slow add while mixing to rest of phase A. Heat Phase B ingredients to 75°C. Add Phase B to A and emulsify for 3 minutes. Cool to 45°C and add Phase C ingredients while mixing.
