Procedure: Mix Phase A ingredients with propeller stirring while heating to 70°C. Mix and heat Phase B ingredients to 70°C. Add Phase B to A and stir until emulsified. Cool to 45°C and add Phase C.

Stability: One month at 45°C.

Tip: Gently pat the cream around the delicate eye area and let it absorb. Can be applied day or night. Pro tip: Try as a five-minute under-eye mask or mid-day pick-me-up and wipe off remaining residue.
