- MELTING WATERLESS CLEANSING BALM – This novel formula supports no fewer than 10 current trends including waterless, minimal ingredients and mask management. It provides a more substantive skin feel than a liquid oil cleanser. Leaves skin feeling moisturized, not dry, after cleansing.
