Meadowfoam Seed Oil XPR adds a light texture and velvety after feel while reducing TEWL. Witch hazel is a refreshing astringent that softens and soothes the skin. Sodium hyaluronate provides deep, water-binding moisturization.

*Meadowfoam Seed Oil and Meadowfoam Seed Oil XPR can be used interchangeably in this formulation.

Suggested Usage: Apply morning and evening. After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face and neck.  No need to rinse. Follow with serum and/or moisturizer……one of NPP’s face creams, booster serums, etc.

Procedure: Prepare phases A and B separately, heating to 55-60°C. Add B to A with stirring until emulsified. Add phase C when batch cools to less than 45°C.

Stability: 6 months at 45°C; pH 6
